Sailmakers, I am looking for price and delivery on the following:
- luff 14'8", foot 6.9" please specify roach/battens
- one row reef points at approximately 28" from tack, rising to 31" at clew,
- cunningham cringle.
- Loose footed
- 8' 6.5", 7' 4.5", 4'2" See photos for luff attachment as built 3 plastic hanks.
- Can a larger jib be made and still utilize the sheet leads?
- 10'2" luffs, 11' foot. or nearest stock size if it exists,
Miscellaneous information:
In Canada the CL 11 has not received the development and attention that the CL16 has however these are both raced and enjoyed more extensively in the UK. (As Gull and Wayfarer respectively.) In the UK, the gull is raced as a class, with detailed specifications, including sails and rigging.
While Ingrid will not require class compliance, the rules are useful, and it seems clear that the CL-11 is a Gull in sailplan.
The Gull class rules state:
Spinnaker
(c) Spinnakers shall be three-cornered and symmetrical about a line joining the head to the centre of the foot | |||

Measurements at the corners shall be taken to the centres of cringles, which shall not exceed 1¼ " (32) diameter. The half width of the sail between D and E shall not exceed 2' 2" (660) nor be less than 3' 0" (914), and between H and I it shall not exceed 4' 0" (1219). Main
